Cancellation Policy
🌸Yoni Steaming Services Policy Booking & Deposits: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm individual steaming appointment. or If Party packages Catering orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all catering bookings with steaming services. Full payment is due 48 hours before the event. Health & Safety: Clients must disclose if they are pregnant, postpartum, or have any medical conditions. Steaming services are not recommended for pregnant individuals. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours before the session can reschedule without losing the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will result in the loss of the deposit. 📅 General Policies Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned in individual service sections. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Privacy Policy: All client information is kept confidential and secure. We do not share or sell client information.
